Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date the order was shipped, provided they meet the return conditions listed below.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at return@pride.audio with your order number, tracking number and reason for return.
- We will respond with return instructions and return authorization.
- Carefully re-pack the item(s) in original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Ship the return using any trackable courier of your choice — at your own cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is new, unused, with no signs of installation or wear, and in original condition.
- The product has not been mounted, wired, or tested.
- The product is returned in original packaging, undamaged.
- The product must be intact and not disassembled. If the item has been taken apart, it is not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at return@pride.audio with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging
We will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or modified products
- Damaged packaging or missing accessories
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items returned without prior approval
- T-shirts (not returnable, except in case of manufacturer defect)
- Recone kits (only speakers, subwoofers, and tweeters are returnable)
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us to receive the correct return warehouse address.
Do not send items to the address on your shipping label — this may delay processing.
The return label must be fully paid by the customer
We accept FedEx, USPS, and UPS
