How can I return an item purchased from an online store?

You have the right to cancel an order made in our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. To do this, you must:

Fill out the refund form! You can do this on a computer or by hand, and if you can’t print out the form, send it to online@pride.audio marked “Return to the online store”. The refund form is available in English.
Choose a refund method that is convenient for you. The ordered goods can be returned to the store by courier or through a parcel machine .
If everything is in order with the product(s) (the product must be returned intact and packaged), the money will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by us.
