Thank you for shopping with Pride Car Audio USA. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer experience.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 calendar days from the date the order was shipped, provided they meet the return conditions listed below.
How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted exclusively by email to return@pride.audio.
We do not process return requests via live chat, WhatsApp, social media, messengers, or any other communication channels.
To request a return, please send an email that includes:
- Email subject: Return Request
- Order number
- A statement that you would like to return the product
- The reason for the return
After reviewing your request, we will provide the return authorization, return warehouse address, and detailed return instructions.
Please do not send any items before receiving return authorization and the return address from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
After shipping the return, you must reply to the same email thread and provide:
- Tracking number (required)
- Shipping label and/or proof of shipment (shipment receipt)
Returns without tracking information may result in delays in processing.
All communication regarding returns must be conducted exclusively through email.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is new, unused, with no signs of installation or wear, and in original condition.
- The product has not been mounted, wired, or tested.
- The product is returned in original packaging, undamaged.
- The product must be intact and not disassembled. If the item has been taken apart, it is not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at return@pride.audio with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and its original packaging
We will review your case and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Insurance Claims (Lost or Stolen Packages)
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it or it was stolen, a police report is required in order to file an insurance claim.
To proceed:
- You must report the incident to your local police authority and obtain an official police report confirming the theft.
- The report should include details of the incident and the items reported as stolen.
- Once obtained, please submit the police report along with your claim, as well as clear photos of the package and its condition, to us at return@pride.audio.
Please note that without a valid police report, we are unable to process insurance claims or issue refunds for lost or stolen items.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Installed or modified products
- Damaged packaging or missing accessories
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Items returned without prior approval
- T-shirts (not returnable, except in case of manufacturer defect)
- Recone kits (only speakers, subwoofers, and tweeters are returnable)
Refunds
Once the item is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Please contact us to receive the correct return warehouse address.
Do not send items to the address on your shipping label — this may delay processing.
The return label must be fully paid by the customer

Important
For return requests, email is the only accepted communication channel.
We do not provide return consultations or process return requests via website chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, phone calls, or any other communication channels.
All return-related communication, approvals, instructions, tracking information, and documentation must be sent and received via email only.
