VAT Reverse Charge
Introduction
If you are VAT-registered in an EU member state (excluding the UK) and have a VAT registration number, then subject to the conditions as set out in the VAT Registration Agreement, you can submit that VAT registration number for purchasing from the Pride Online Store.
Before submitting your VAT registration number, please read the VAT Registration Agreement. You can only submit your VAT registration number if you acknowledge and agree to all of the conditions in the agreement. For verified VAT customers, when buying from pride.audio the 0%VAT will be applied directly at checkout.
Process
Fill in your VAT number in your personal account
Make sure that the line has turned green and validation has been passed
Log into your Pride.audio account and check your VAT in the shopping cart
Purchase products from the Pride.audio store and the 0% VAT will be applied at the Checkout page

In which countries is the EU Zero-Rating VAT Program available?
Currently, the Pride.Audio VAT Purchase Program is available for shipping to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
If I ship to countries outside of the European Union, how can I refund VAT?
Currently, VAT refunds for other countries are not available.
Can I change the shipping address?
No, VAT can be only deducted when you choose the address you submitted for VAT registration as the shipping address.
Im a verified VAT customer. How will refund the VAT on my previous orders?
For verified VAT customers, the 0% VAT will be applied directly at checkout when shopping on the DJI website. For previous orders, you will need to bring your invoice to your local Customs office in order to claim a full refund.
